Payment not working

Resolve issues with payment processing for paid links.

Fixing payment problems: For viewers (buyers): • Card declined: - Try different card - Check card balance - Verify billing address - Contact your bank • Payment stuck: - Don't submit multiple times - Wait for confirmation - Check email for receipt - Contact support if charged without access • Refund needed: - Contact link creator - Provide transaction details - Allow 5-10 days for processing For creators (sellers): • Stripe not onboarded: - Complete onboarding in Wallet - Verify all information - Wait for approval • Not receiving payouts: - Check Stripe dashboard - Verify bank account details - Allow 2-3 business days - Check for holding period • Payment failing: - Test with different cards - Check Stripe account status - Verify link is set to "paid" - Contact Stripe support General: • Keep Stripe account active • Respond to Stripe emails • Maintain valid payment info • Contact support if stuck
